As the Head of Film at KTV, I was tasked with organizing and hosting the 2022 Film Festival for Kent Television. It was an arduous process, but the end was as fulfilling as ever. We worked with the directors and their crews from day one of writing their scripts to casting, shooting, and editing everything over the span of 8 months.

In the end, we had over 100 people attend the festival dressed in black tie and managed to raise over 600 pounds for ours budget entering the next year. We were also able to successfully screen. 6 films with provided commentary from the directors.

Working as executive producer for the 6 films was a role I never realized I was drawn to. I was able to guide the crews along the way and foster an environment of creativity that resulted in magical works of art.
